Board President, KATHRYN A. PINCUS
Board President, KATHRYN A. PINCUS (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, University of Delaware and J.D., Georgetown University Law Center) practiced at two law firms and in-house for a public utility holding corporation. Since her “early retirement” from law practice, she has filled her days taking care of a busy household and family and supporting numerous charitable and community causes including the Board of Jewish Family Services, Chair of Capital Campaign and Annual Fund Campaign at Wilmington Friends School. She is also writing fiction (her debut novel Long Hill Home was published February 15, 2015).
Board Vice President, LISA LESSNER
LISA LESSNER, serves as Chief Development Officer for the Combined Campaign for Justice (CCJ). She is responsible for increasing awareness of CCJ and the three nonprofit civil legal services agencies that the campaign supports, and expanding the reach of the CCJ fund raising efforts. She started her career in public accounting at Coopers and Lybrand and hospital administration at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is currently an independent fund raising and development consultant whose primary client is Innovative Schools, a Delaware charter school support organization. She is currently a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Delaware, Albert Einstein Academy, and Leading Youth Through Empowerment, and additionally volunteers as a mentor for Creative Mentoring and serves as a Commissioner on the Delaware Public Integrity Commission. Ms. Lessner was a founder and board member of the Delaware Children’s Museum for 14 years, serving as Vice President for 7 years and President for 7 years until the museum opened in 2010.
Board Treasurer, SEAN BOYD
SEAN BOYD has had a career starting and building life science businesses. Sean is a partner and VP of Business Development of ImmunO4, a diagnostic reagents company. Sean also owns a technology licensing company. Sean is a former Division President and Executive Vice President of Operations at Strategic Diagnostics (SDIX), a life science and assay development company. Sean’s education includes a degree in Education and years ago taught high school in San Diego. Sean Coaches Odyssey of the Mind, Science Olympiad, and cross country teams. He was a founding board member and the treasurer of the Delaware charter school, First State Montessori Academy for five years. There he established a funding stream for startup and ongoing operations, secured a facility, and established operational and hiring practices. His goals include supporting Delaware communities through education and leadership.
Board Secretary, ARATI KOHLI
ARATI KOHLI is Vice President at Barclays Bank Delaware in Wilmington, Delaware. She has worked in Banking and Finance for nearly 20 years; including positions at the Department of Treasury, Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Bank of America. Arati and family have lived in Delaware since 2004.
Board Member, ZACH BEATTIE
ZACH BEATTIE was born and raised in Newark, DE and went to Charter School of Wilmington followed by Wilmington University. He started working in banking and has continued to do so for 19 years at several different banks but has spent most of the past 12 years at Capital One. Zach currently still works at Capital One as a Product Owner on the Retail end of the company. He currently lives in Hockessin, DE with his wife and two daughters.

ERICA DORSETT is the proud parent of a 2016 LYTE Scholar graduate. She is the Director of Operations for First State Hood & Duct, a family business owned by her and her husband. With a strong commitment to community, Erica makes time to support various charities and community organizations. Erica also works as a portrait, event and business photographer.
